He is currently studying computer science at City College of San Francisco, where he is a member of both the Cybercompetition Team and the Dean's List. After working with and creating several e-commerce software companies in high school, Luka now prides himself on his ability to provide value to others by applying his knowledge of engineering and computer science to the realm of public service.
